Appointment of Jennifer HAN, Ausha Marketing Director.

To this end, Jennifer Han joins the management board of the start-up which has just raised €1.2 million. Based in Paris, Jennifer Han reports to Maxime Piquette – CEO of Ausha and iCreo based in Tourcoing.

With her expertise in marketing strategy, Jennifer Han’s main missions are to strengthen Ausha’s branding, develop the product offer and propel the brand’s communication plans at the international level.
She will also be in charge of overseeing the creation of the future Paris campus and building the marketing team.

Prior to joining Ausha, Jennifer HAN was Senior Brand Manager in the Marketing Division of L’Oréal (Consumer Division) for 6 years (2013 to 2019).
At L’Oréal, she spent part of her career in International Marketing Development where she was responsible for designing and coordinating the industrialization of cosmetic products launched worldwide (Garnier facial care, L’Oréal Paris facial care dedicated to Asian markets…).

She then spent another part of her career at L’Oréal France’s head office in Operational Marketing where she was in charge of the strategic management of leading brands in their segments (Ultra Gentle Hair and Body Care, Mixa Body Care…).
She leaves L’Oréal in 2019 to create her media Culinariste, a native podcast and digital magazine dedicated to Parisian bistronomy.

Jennifer Han tells the personal story of the chefs who touched his heart and stomach in a fictionalized way. It was through this activity that she met the Ausha teams that she later decided to join.

In her educational background, Jennifer HAN holds a double master’s degree in International Marketing and Communication Strategies, graduating in 2013 from ESC Tours-Poitiers and London Metropolitan Business school.
