ICREO Group announces the sale of its subsidiary RadioKing to towerCast company (NRJ GROUP), a service and infrastructure operator, and the second largest French operator in the broadcasting market.
RadioKing has experienced spectacular growth since its inception in 2013, quickly becoming a leader in the field of digital radio broadcasting. Its acquisition by towerCast paves the way for new, more comprehensive and beneficial solutions for the clients of both companies.
Charles DE POTTER, co-founder and shareholder of the ICREO Group, is appointed Director of Operations and Development of RadioKing.
Maxime PIQUETTE, President of the ICREO Group and CEO of the Ausha subsidiary, will continue in his current role, particularly in the development of Ausha.
